Hetalia OC - Saugeais

Lolololo, this is Saugeais (dood I have no idea how to pronounce that = 7 = ). He's a Hetalia OC I made out of boredom and lulz, and also to go with the other micronation OCs I made:

Uhm. This is Saugeais/Jacques, he is Francis's/France's little bro though he kind of ignores/unacknowledges him. While France is a total rapist perv, Saugeais is like his ttl opposite. He's a little prude, and quite snippy too. Saugeais is okay for the most part, but he just gets so pissed off when France shows up.

Saugeais is very close to the Swiss border, so he sometimes talks with Switzerland and might be the reason why they're a little similar. = 3 = Saugeais is really close to the alps, so he likes skiing and stuff.

He's been around since a little after WWII ended. He thinks he's pretty cool, and hangs out with Seborga sometimes because they're close geographically. They sympathize with being ignored (and Seborga and Canada should ttly be BFFs 'cause the Italies are like "DERP. SEBORGA EXISTS?! LOL I DIDN'T KNOW THAT."

Ummmm. Whenever France does see Saugeais, he sort of dotes on him, and then changes to completely ignoring him. = 7 = France, you douche. Or something...idk.
